Ingredients:
Enough chicken thighs or breasts to feed your family
1/2 cup veg oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic salt
can of sliced pineapple * opt *
Directions:
mix all ingreds in a bowl, pour over chicken in a pan, bake at 400 deg for one hour.
I serve this dish with rice.
